Pursuant to art. 13-ter of Decree-Law 145/2023 and subsequent implementing provisions, the CIN is displayed on every listing for this property, online and offline.
2. City tax
As required for all accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Rome, a city tax of €6.00 per person per day applies, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Payment terms (included in the amount paid at booking, or settled during the stay) are communicated when the booking is confirmed.
3. Booking, payment and right of withdrawal
A booking made through the website is finalised upon online payment (credit/debit card via Stripe, or PayPal): once payment is successful, the booking is automatically confirmed and the dates are blocked on the calendar. The total price shown before payment includes the stay rate, any extra-guest fee, cleaning costs and, where indicated, the city tax; when the latter is not collected online, it must be paid on site as specified in the cost summary.
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for contracts for the provision of accommodation services with a specific date or period of performance, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply. Any cancellation or refund policies will be communicated in writing when the booking is confirmed.
4. General house rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and out of respect for neighbours, guests are asked in particular to:
- Observe quiet hours, in particular from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Not organise parties or events inside the apartment.
- Not smoke indoors.
- Respect the maximum number of guests agreed at booking.
- Provide identity documents for all guests, as required by applicable public safety regulations regarding guest registration.
5. Privacy Notice (GDPR)
Personal data provided through the booking form or the contact form (first name, last name, email, phone, stay dates, any messages) is processed by the data controller solely to:
- manage the booking request, price calculation and related correspondence;
- process online payment through the payment service providers indicated below;
- fulfil public safety reporting obligations applicable to short-term rentals;
- respond to contact or assistance requests.
Legal basis for processing: performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures at the data subject’s request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR). Data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and public safety regulations.
Payment providers (independent data controllers/processors): payment data does not pass through or get stored on the website, but is handled directly by Stripe and/or PayPal, according to their respective privacy notices. The guest is redirected to the chosen provider’s secure payment page.

6. Cookie Policy
This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (e.g. form security) and, unless replaced with locally hosted fonts, requests to Google Fonts to display the website’s typography. No profiling or marketing cookies are used.
